60 Day return policy!
Refund balance will be credited to the customer’s original payment method upon Quest LED’s receipt of the returned item with a 25% restocking fee if we shipped the order correctly and delivered on-time. Any order shipped wrong or we missed the delivery window will get a Full Refund,

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition (undamaged, un-soiled, shelf-presentable). Any product not returned in the original packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee.
WARRANTY ACTIVATION / SERVICE CLAIMS
Warranty claims can be serviced by contacting Quest LED either by phone at 1-862-801-2006, or by email at questmanufacturing@gmail.com (If you are unsure whether a situation exists that is covered by the warranty, contact the Quest LED corporate office for assistance.)
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
After obtaining a return authorization number (RMA), product should be shipped freight pre-paid to the address provided with your RMA. Failure to follow this procedure shall void this warranty. Quest LED reserves the right to (i) examine all failed LED fixtures to determine the cause of failure and patterns of usage and (ii) be the sole judge as to whether an LED fixture is defective and covered under warranty.
